How do you play guitar hero metallica with just the Guitar controller?

Okay, so i just got guitar hero on the PS3 and it comes with a guitar. But the game keeps asking for the microphone controller witch i dont have, and i just wanna play with the guitar controller. Its really pissing me off and i would be extremely grateful to anyone who knows what to do. Thanks very much.

    The microphone there are no buttons on that you use the mic.

    Guitar to play using mic.
    The options if you want to select all the sixaxis controller it thinks you use your guitar to play using mic.
