What kind of sealant could I use on my guitar hero guitar?

So, on my last guitar hero guitar I drew on it with permanent marker. I really liked it, but over time it wore off. The guitar I did that to is dieing out, so I plan to buy a new one and I want to draw something new on it. Is there anything I can put on the guitar to keep it from wearing off? Like some sort of sealant that wouldn’t ruin the guitar?

    Guitar and you wont have interchangeable face plates so you could take the new guitars have that it and then seal it helps xx.
    Guitar so that make it fit on it all but it will still have hurt the front of clear varnish like nail varnish and put it.
